Disturbance Call at Huntsville Whataburger Leads to Four Arrests Early Sunday Morning
HUNTSVILLE, Texas — A disturbance at a local Whataburger resulted in four arrests early Sunday morning, according to the Huntsville Police Department.
At 3:03 a.m. on July 26, 2026, officers were dispatched to the Whataburger located at 263 IH‑45 South after reports of a fight in progress. When officers arrived, they made contact with multiple allegedly intoxicated individuals.
Police say Jontavian Casean McNeal, Ty James McCarter, Julian Jawaun Gardner, and Kolton Craig Clack were taken into custody at the scene. All four were arrested on the alleged charges of Public Intoxication.
The suspects were transported to the Walker County Jail, where they were booked without further incident. All suspects are innocent, unless proven guilty in a court of law.
