Spa Worker Alleged Targeted Women At Area Massage / Spa Establishments
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TEXAS — Montgomery County deputies have arrested a Magnolia man accused of assaulting a woman during a massage earlier this month.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says 29‑year‑old Bradley Orton, of Magnolia, was taken into custody on July 16, 2026, following a two‑week investigation into an alleged indecent assault reported at Deluxe Therapeutic Massage & Spa, located at 4849 FM 1488.
Deputies responded to a 911 call on July 3 after a woman reported she had been allegedly inappropriately touched and assaulted during a massage session at the spa. Detectives interviewed the victim, gathered evidence, and began reviewing Orton’s background.
During the investigation, detectives learned Orton had a prior arrest for indecent assault in 2022 while working at Nara’s Therapeutic Massage Day & Spa in Harris County. According to the sheriff’s office, that history became a key factor as investigators worked with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office to secure a warrant.
Orton was arrested while working on July 16. He is charged with Indecent Assault by a Health or Mental Provider, a state jail felony, and was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
The sheriff’s office emphasized that the investigation remains active and that additional victims may exist.
