Behind the Pine Curtain:  East Texas Town Left in Shock After the Shooting Deaths of Two Children

Bullard, Texas – The small town of Bullard was left in shock Sunday with reports that two small children were killed Sunday from gunshot wounds. 

4-year-old Madilynn “May May” Evans and 2-year-old Maison “Mace Mace” Evans were found dead in their home on Guinn Street Sunday along with their mother 25 year old Tatyanna Smith.  An 8 month old sibling who was also found at the house is expected to recover.  

While the shooting remains under investigation, police in the community aren’t concerned that the public is in any danger at this time.

A Go-Fund-Me page was set up to cover funeral expenses for the children killed in the shooting incident.  The page clearly indicates the fund is for the Evans children only.
