Known Predator Accused of Possessing Inappropriate Child Images
WILLIS, Texas — A Willis man has been arrested and charged with Possession of Inappropriate Child Images following an investigation led by the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Authorities say the case began in late August 2026, when Sgt. Jerry Serratt of the Precinct 1 ICAC Unit received a CyberTip reporting that an individual at a Willis residence was allegedly in possession of child sexual abuse material. During the follow up investigation, Sgt. Serratt learned the resident was a registered offender, and a search warrant for the home was obtained.
On September 10, 2026, the Montgomery County ICAC Task Force executed the warrant at the residence. The operation included personnel from:
- Precinct 1 Constable’s Office
- Precinct 2 Constable’s Office
- Precinct 3 Constable’s Office
- Precinct 5 Constable’s Office
- Texas Department of Public Safety – Criminal Investigations Division
- Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Compliance Unit
During the search, investigators took Lester Musterman into custody. He was charged with Possession of Inappropriate Child Images and booked into the Montgomery County Jail, where he is being held with no bond.
The case remains active and is being handled by the Montgomery County ICAC Task Force in coordination with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
