Houston TV KTRK Airs Controversial Report on Huntsville Police

HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS — Last night KTRK Houston ABC 13 aired a cellphone video, which has many questioning why charges of Assault on a Peace Officer were pursued by the Huntsville Police Department and Walker County District Attorney’s Office.

The cellphone video taken by the 12 year old son of a former TDCJ officer ultimately led a jury to acquit Jafari Stewart of two felony charges.
