Youth Pastor Arrested in Montgomery County Child Exploitation Case

CONROE, TEXAS — A Conroe man who publicly identified himself as a youth pastor in the Houston area has been arrested following a months‑long child exploitation investigation led by Constable Ryan Gable’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and Safe Harbor Detectives.

Noel Walker, 20, was taken into custody on July 2, 2026, after investigators developed probable cause stemming from an alleged CyberTip referral issued by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Detectives executed search warrants, conducted digital forensic examinations, and reviewed electronic evidence before obtaining an arrest warrant.

Walker is charged with six felony offenses accusing him of:

• Possession of Child Pornography — Five counts, each a First‑Degree Felony under Texas law.
• Promotion or Possession of a Child Like Doll Used for Illicit Purpose — One count, a State Jail Felony.

Investigators believe the electronic devices seized during the investigation may contain thousands of suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) images and videos. A full forensic review is underway, and authorities say additional state or federal charges may be filed as evidence continues to be analyzed.

At the time of his arrest, Walker publicly identified himself as a Youth Pastor and Worship Leader at Infinity Church, a Houston‑area congregation. Public social media posts reviewed by investigators show him participating in youth summer camp activities with children.

Constable Gable’s Office emphasized its commitment to protecting children from online exploitation and highlighted the importance of cooperation between local, state, and federal agencies, as well as the critical role NCMEC plays in identifying victims and alerting authorities to potential offenders.
