Montgomery County SWAT and U.S. Marshals Apprehend Multiple Felony Fugitives

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TEXAS —Montgomery County’s and the United States Marshals Service produced another successful fugitive roundup this week, as Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Operators, serving as Task Force Officers with the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, located and arrested nine individuals wanted on serious felony charges.

All suspects were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Fugitives Arrested

  • Stormy Diann Duke — Wanted for Sexual Assault of a Child
  • Dezmond Tyrell Swapsy — Wanted for Assault Family Violence – Strangulation
  • Bexiada Delgadillo — Wanted for Injury to Child/Elderly/Disabled
  • Jeffery Scott Buzek — Wanted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
  • William Lee Collete — Wanted for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon
  • Charles Barnes — Wanted for Aggravated Sexual Assault and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon
  • Rowdy Dustin Todd — Wanted for Robbery
  • Morgan Lee Fitzgerald — Wanted for Assault Family Violence and Violation of a Protective Order ×2
  • Travis Matthew Ferguson — Wanted for Possession with Intent to Promote Child Pornography and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office praised the coordinated effort, highlighting the professionalism, precision, and readiness of its SWAT Operators. Officials noted that these arrests reflect more than a decade of close collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Service, a partnership that continues to remove dangerous fugitives from the community.

The agency emphasized that the joint task force remains committed to ensuring that individuals wanted for violent and high‑risk offenses are located swiftly and brought into custody safely.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
