Single Vehicle Accident Sends 45 Year Old Female to Hospital
New Waverly, TX. – At around 1 AM this morning Monday, June 1, 2024, a woman lost control of her passenger vehicle on Interstate 45 south bound. The vehicle appeared to have struck the interior concrete medium divider around the New Waverly south bound entrance ramp around mile marker 102.
Local fire & rescue crews were dispatched to the scene to free the 45 year old female from the vehicle. The injured female was transported to the hospital by EMS. The accident is under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
