Huntsville Police Pursuit Lands One in Custody

Huntsville, Texas – A Huntsville Police pursuit shortly before 10:30 PM on Wednesday lands one in custody.
Wednesday night several Texas DPS and Huntsville Police units were observed pursuing a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed southbound on Interstate 45 in Huntsville.
The motorcycle exited Interstate 45 in New Waverly and drove at a high rate of speed northbound through the town.
The pursuit terminated on State Hwy 75 near FM 2793. One person was taken into custody by the Huntsville Police Department.
At 12:44 AM Christian Spenser Tumlinson was booked into the Walker County Jail for Evading Arrest / Detention With a Vehicle, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 under 1G, and Possessions of Marijuana under 2 OZ.
