Shepherd Man Arrested For Alleged Predatory Conduct
SHEPHERD, TEXAS —The San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 22 year old Isaias Escobar of Shepherd, Texas, following an investigation into an allegation of predatory and improper contact involving a child.
According to the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division, detectives recently opened the case after receiving a report involving concerning behavior toward a juvenile. After conducting interviews, reviewing evidence, and completing their inquiry, investigators determined there was sufficient probable cause to pursue a criminal charge.
Escobar was taken into custody and booked into the San Jacinto County Jail on the felony charge of indecent Assault involving a child.
Because the case involves a minor, no identifying information about the child will be released, in accordance with state law and agency policy.
