ALLEGED PREDATOR ARRESTED IN HUNTSVILLE

HUNTSVILLE, Texas — Huntsville Police arrested Donald Wayne Menville, age 72, on September 23, 2026, after police say he failed to comply with legally required offender registration requirements.

Officers took Menville into custody at the 2900 block of State Highway 30 W at 6:48 PM on a warrant for Fail to Comply with Offender’s Duty to Register.

Menville is required to register due to a prior conviction for Inappropriate Contact With a Child. According to the offense information, the victim was a 16 year old female.

Police transported Menville to the Walker County Jail, where he was booked on the warrant. He remains incarcerated on a $20,000 bond. Menville is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
