{"id":90,"date":"2024-06-22T10:07:35","date_gmt":"2024-06-22T10:07:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hvhappens.com\/?p=90"},"modified":"2024-06-22T10:07:35","modified_gmt":"2024-06-22T10:07:35","slug":"alleged-child-predator-arrested-after-search-warrant-on-huntsville-residence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hvhappens.com\/index.php\/2024\/06\/22\/alleged-child-predator-arrested-after-search-warrant-on-huntsville-residence\/","title":{"rendered":"ALLEGED CHILD PREDATOR ARRESTED After Search Warrant on Huntsville Residence."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, Montgomery Constable Ryan Gable\u2019s Criminal Investigations Division, with assistance from members of the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, the Huntsville Police Department,  The Montgomery County District Attorney\u2019s Office, and the Walker County District Attorney\u2019s Office, executed a residential search warrant located in Huntsville, Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The search warrant stemmed from the Montgomery County PCT 3 ICAC Detective\u2019s proactive investigation related to the offense of promotion and distribution of child pornography into The Woodlands. The investigation found that the defendant, Gary Wayne Sutton, was associated with promoting and possessing thousands of images depicting the sexual assault of children. Sutton was charged with five counts of promotion\/distribution of child pornography in Montgomery County.
