{"id":803,"date":"2024-09-06T16:16:39","date_gmt":"2024-09-06T16:16:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hvhappens.com\/?p=803"},"modified":"2024-09-06T16:16:40","modified_gmt":"2024-09-06T16:16:40","slug":"a-pursuit-leaves-female-pinned-under-motorcycle-with-injuries-while-male-driver-flees-on-foot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hvhappens.com\/index.php\/2024\/09\/06\/a-pursuit-leaves-female-pinned-under-motorcycle-with-injuries-while-male-driver-flees-on-foot\/","title":{"rendered":"A Pursuit Leaves Female Pinned Under Motorcycle With Injuries While Male Driver Flees on Foot"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>By Staff Writter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"977\" height=\"763\" src=\"https:\/\/hvhappens.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_2790.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-805\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">\ud83d\udcf8 Grimes County Sheriff\u2019s Office <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Anderson, Texas &#8211; On Wednesday approximately 2:20am, a Grimes County Sheriff&#8217;s Deputy allegedly attempted to conduct a traffic stop for speeding on a motorcycle operated by James Don George.\u00a0\u00a0This occurred at County Road 202 entering the Pinebrook Subdivision for speeding.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The motorcycle refused to stop and led duties on a high-speed pursuit through the subdivision, reaching speeds of 100 MPH.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The motorcycle entered State Highway 249 and went eastbound towards Montgomery County, traveling above 130 miles per hour. The motorcycle entered a subdivision at Zion Lane and Antonia Drive and lost control at this intersection. George upon crashing evaded deputies on foot, leaving his injured female passenger pinned underneath the motorcycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The male suspect was apprehended hiding underneath a vehicle. George had a \u201cBlue Warrant\u201d for parole&nbsp;&nbsp;violations on a felony narcotics offense he was on parole for.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputies located a bag containing suspected methamphetamine that George allegedly threw before he was apprehended.
