Engines from Crabbs Prairie Volunteer Fire Department and the North Montgomery County Fire Department assisted with extinguishing this massive fire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A thorough investigation was conducted by the Huntsville Police Department , Huntsville Fire Personnel, the Montgomery County Fire Marshall&#8217;s Office, and Federal ATF agents out of the Houston field office who located evidence that indicated the fire was intentionally set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the investigation, Paul Kinser was identified as a person of interest in the crime.&nbsp;&nbsp;Kinser could face 2 to 20 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice if found guilty.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kinser is also facing other charges for possession of controlled substance and theft over 2,500 dollars in addition to a parole violation.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kinser is no stranger to local law enforcement.&nbsp;&nbsp;Records obtained by Huntsville Happens indicate Kinser has been arrested over 35 times in Walker County.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bond has not been set for the arson charge.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Walker County Arrest<\/strong> <strong>History <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1170\" height=\"1959\" src=\"https:\/\/hvhappens.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/IMG_2128.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-620\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Screenshot<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Huntsville, Texas &#8211; The Huntsville Police have charged a 51 year old local Huntsville man with arson.
