Jerry Serratt of the Precinct 1 ICAC Unit received a CyberTip reporting that an individual at a Willis residence was allegedly in possession of child sexual abuse material. During the follow up investigation, Sgt. Serratt learned the resident was a registered offender, and a search warrant for the home was obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On September 10, 2026, the Montgomery County ICAC Task Force executed the warrant at the residence. The operation included personnel from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Precinct 1 Constable\u2019s Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precinct 2 Constable\u2019s Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precinct 3 Constable\u2019s Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precinct 5 Constable\u2019s Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Texas Department of Public Safety \u2013 Criminal Investigations Division<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Montgomery County Sheriff\u2019s Office Sex Offender Compliance Unit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>During the search, investigators took Lester Musterman into custody. He was charged with Possession of Inappropriate Child Images and booked into the Montgomery County Jail, where he is being held with no bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The case remains active and is being handled by the Montgomery County ICAC Task Force in coordination with the Montgomery County District Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officials urge anyone with information related to this case or the online exploitation of children to contact the Montgomery County District Attorney\u2019s ICAC Division at (936) 539\u20117800 or Crime Stoppers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All arrests are public record.
