MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TEXAS \u2014 Montgomery County deputies have arrested a Magnolia man accused of assaulting a woman during a massage earlier this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Montgomery County Sheriff\u2019s Office says 29\u2011year\u2011old Bradley Orton, of Magnolia, was taken into custody on July 16, 2026, following a two\u2011week investigation into an alleged indecent assault reported at Deluxe Therapeutic Massage & Spa, located at 4849 FM 1488.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deputies responded to a 911 call on July 3 after a woman reported she had been allegedly inappropriately touched and assaulted during a massage session at the spa. Detectives interviewed the victim, gathered evidence, and began reviewing Orton\u2019s background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the investigation, detectives learned Orton had a prior arrest for indecent assault in 2022 while working at Nara\u2019s Therapeutic Massage Day & Spa in Harris County. According to the sheriff\u2019s office, that history became a key factor as investigators worked with the Montgomery County District Attorney\u2019s Office to secure a warrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Orton was arrested while working on July 16. He is charged with Indecent Assault by a Health or Mental Provider, a state jail felony, and was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The sheriff\u2019s office emphasized that the investigation remains active and that additional victims may exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
