She was taken into custody Wednesday evening at her home in the 16700 block of North Thrasher Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputies say the child was with her at the time of the arrest and has since been released to a family member. Fennel is charged with two felony counts: burglary and theft from a graveyard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precinct 5 reports she has a lengthy criminal history in Harris County, including prior arrests for forgery, theft, possession of a controlled substance, DWI, and assault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After her arrest, Fennel was turned over to the Montgomery County Sheriff\u2019s Office.
